How we do it:
We look to add value to both the tenants and owners by assimilating like businesses in the property that would have synergy to each other while primarily focusing on health care providers and ancillary businesses to healthcare.
While not limited to healthcare ventures alone, we see the current trends of retail businesses being more and more virtual, while healthcare has its limitations to growth in this area thus requiring the traditional brick and mortar facilities to operate.
